4(1)(b)(ii) Power and duties of officers and employees of MEA.

4(1)(b)(iii) Procedure followed in the decision making process including channel ofsupervision and authority.

4(1)(b)(iv) Norms set by the Ministry for the discharge of its function.

4(1)(b)(v) Rules, regulations, instructions, manuals and records, held by or under the control of the MEA of used by its employee for discharging its functions.
