2. Memorandum of Understanding between the Central Vigilance Commission of the Republic of India and Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi of the Republic of Indonesia for International Cooperation on Combating Corruption Shri Pradeep Kumar, Central Vigilance Commissioner Mr. Abraham Samad, Chairman, Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi To establish and strengthen international cooperation and collaborative efforts through the encouragement of sharing and exchange of studies, research and information, training and exchange of expertise on operational measures such as intelligence data gathering, investigation, prosecution, mutual legal assistance requests and extradition.

Memorandum of Understanding between the Narcotics Control Board of the Republic of India and the National Narcotics Board of the Republic of Indonesia on Combating Illicit Trafficking in Narcotics, Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and their Precursors Shri Gurjit Singh, Ambassador of India to Indonesia Mr. Anang Iskandar, Head, Narcotics Control Board of Indonesia To facilitate and enhance cooperation in combating illicit trafficking of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors through exchange of information, collaboration, assistance in investigations including in money laundering, human resource development through exchange of personnel, joint training and workshop.

Memorandum of Understanding between the National Disaster Management Authority of the Republic of India and the National Agency for Disaster Management of the Republic of Indonesia on Cooperation in the field of Disaster Management Shri Gurjit Singh, Ambassador of India to Indonesia Mr. Syamsul Maarif, Head, National Disaster Management Agency To develop cooperation through exchange of information, training and capacity building; also includes joint planning, development and implementation of research projects, exchange of scientific and technological publications.

Memorandum of Understanding between Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie, India and National Institute of Public Administration, Jakarta, Indonesia Shri Gurjit Singh, Ambassador of India to Indonesia Mr. Agus Dwiyanto, Chairman, NIPA To encourage and promote cooperation in the area of training of public officials and capacity building, including by sharing of best practices and knowledge, working or study visits, joint courses, workshops, forums and seminars.
