The 17th Round of India – China Special Representatives Talks will take place in New Delhi on 10-11 February 2014. The Indian delegation to the Talks will be led by Shri Shivshankar Menon, National Security Advisor while the Chinese delegation will be led
by State Councilor H.E. Mr. Yang Jiechi. In addition to deliberations on the India – China Boundary Question the two sides will also discuss bilateral, regional and international issues of mutual interest.
